Privacy Waiver

1/ I/We
(a) Warrant that the following information provided to We Want You Motor Group (hereby known as “We Want You”) is true and correct.
(b) Understand that all information We Want You holds about me, whether now or in the future, will be used to assess my credit worthiness and financial position and to process and assess credit applications.
(c) Authorize We Want You to communicate with any (but not limited to) Finance Company, Bank, Credit Reporting Agency (including Veda Advantage), Work and Income NZ, Police Department, Inland Revenue Department, Accident Compensation Corporation, Employers, Landlords and Personal References, both now and in the future.
(d) Allow Registration of security interests and credit defaults in the case of any loss occurred by We Want You relating to this application, both now and in the future.
2/ You are entitled, under the provisions of the privacy act 1993, to
(a) Have access to personal information held by We Want You about you.
(b) Request correction of any personal information held by We Want You, about you.
